About Us

Romance Worthy Travel began as an idea at the dining room table (after a beverage or two, as many good ideas often come).

Jen and I were planning a trip and doing a little research. To be fair, there are plenty of blogs devoted to travel. We found that many of them were geared toward young people backpacking across Europe or seniors looking for their next cruise. No offense to them, but we were looking for something that was…. Romance Worthy.

For the record, that trip was a fun visit to Tokyo (our first time in Japan). One of these days we’ll share details about the cozy little Whiskey Bar we found while wandering around the neighborhood near our hotel.

In any event, we want Romance Worthy to be a great platform for couples planning travel together. Maybe it’s a honeymoon, maybe an anniversary or maybe none of the above. Poke around and let us know if there’s something you’d like to see in a future post.
